Wave collects the information you give us — your name, contact details, addresses you ask pros to visit, and the bookings, jobs, messages, and payments you create — and uses it only to run the service: matching you with pros, tracking work, processing payments through Stripe, and sending the notifications you'd expect.
Payment card details never touch our servers; they go directly to Stripe. Live worker location is shared only while a job is in progress and only with the people on that job. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
You can export or delete your account and its data at any time from the app (Settings ▸ Account) or by emailing us. Data is stored with Supabase and Stripe under their respective security programs.
