Wave is a platform that connects customers with independent home-service businesses and workers. The pros on Wave are independent — they set their prices and are responsible for their work; Wave provides the booking, tracking, messaging, and payment rails.
By using Wave you agree to use the platform honestly: real bookings, accurate information, payments through the platform, and no misuse of other people's data. Businesses agree to honor confirmed bookings and the prices they publish.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for disputed work are handled between customer and business, with Wave able to assist. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
